How To Give 1-TDC® To Your K9 Athlete
3 ways to administer 1-TDC®
After twisting capsule open:
1. Squeeze capsule and let your dog lick the 1-TDC® as it exits the capsule.
2. Apply on their empty food dish. If needed, mix in a couple pieces of hard food. Your dog’s natural licking motion will distribute the product onto the gums sufficiently.
3. Gently squeeze capsule contents into the mouth on the gums.
A portion will be absorbed into the gums and provide the oral health benefit and the reminder will be swallowed, absorbed through the gut and circulate throughout the body to provide the muscle and joint benefits.
If your dog swallows the capsule for some reason, don't worry. It is made to be ingested.
When should you start using 1-TDC®?
Veterinary specialists recommend that you start once the adult teeth of your dog are in (around 6 months old).
How Much To Give
Here is the recommended dosage:
1. Loading dose: For the first 30 days, give 1 soft gel per day, per dog, for a dog under 25 lbs. For a 50 lbs dog, give 2 soft gels per day.
2. Maintenance dose: After the 30-day loading phase, switch to maintenance and give 1 soft gel every other day, per dog, for a dog under 25 lbs. For a 50 lbs dog, give 1 soft gel per day, per dog as a maintenance.
You can start giving 1-TDC® to your dog as soon as your dog's adult teeth come in (6-months old).
You should see noticeable results within 2-4 weeks of consistent supplementation of 1-TDC®.
For peak performance on competition days, give a loading dose for added support.
